Finding Happiness Through the Power of Detachment
Through the power of detachment lies the power of uncertainty. Freedom from repeating the past and freedom from worrying about the future. Freedom from the suffering that comes from wanting your present moment to be different than the “here and now” that always is.
What resists persists. When you are attached to a particular outcome in life (money, relationships, body type, power, prestige) you telegraph – through your focus of its lack – that you are still incomplete…not yet whole. True detachment is about not allowing yourself to feel the happiness and satisfaction that is already available from within until you achieve a material condition outside yourself first. The pain from attachment creates an energy field that magnetically supports more feelings of lack, experiences of lack because your feelings attract the circumstances, events and conditions that shape your life.
When you are truly detached in life all manner of circumstances, events and people, at the highest order, become supportive to the creation of what you truly desire. Often these manifestations surprise you because what they offer is different than what you originally assumed you wanted. This is because in detachment there is pure bliss and pure happiness so the universe gives you a level of true satisfaction the conscious mind could have never conceived. When unfiltered by negative thoughts, emotions and beliefs your emotions are like the sun, creating a gravitational field allowing more positive and matching experiences to flow into your life. Like attracts like.
When unfiltered by negative thoughts, emotions and beliefs your emotions are like the sun, creating a gravitational field allowing more positive and matching experiences to flow into your life.
This is because when you live in detachment from the material world your consciousness is free to create collaboratively with all elements of life that are available in the present moment. This is the essence of what religions have pointed towards when they speak of the profound power of surrender and grace. To live in grace is to prioritize the feelings of love, compassion, clarity and gratitude within us regardless of our physical and worldly circumstances.
By accepting your life fully as is, you surrender and allow your creative capabilities to collaborate with life. This dance of spirit and matter can only take place in the present moment because it’s the center point for where life actually flows and where creation happens.
You know you’re in the present moment when you feel whole, complete, at peace, still, silent, alive, energized, creative, inspired and full of infinite creative potential. This is your true nature. Your un-identified self. The “I AM” presence.
This is the spiritual vortex in which creative God-Force flows, the true definition of “abundance” the genesis of where life begins and the place you can always return to when you’re feeling knocked off your emotional center. Where you can feel that expansive love that you naturally are from within.
When you detach from what you think you want by recognizing that you already have the ability to feel complete happiness and joy right now in this moment, then in that instance, all things become available and will start to flow into your life at the speed of light.
Achieve Perfection of Action
Imagine a reality where everything you touched transformed into gold and all your results showcased mastery, artistry and brilliance. What is the perfection of action? Perfection of action is about getting more results by utilizing spiritual power, enjoying the journey and destination in life while deliberately creating the reality of your desire. It’s about tapping into your flow state – a frequency of emotion, energy and activity that draws from your inner genius and outputs massive success.
The key to achieving perfection of action towards reaching a goal is to achieve complete “knowingness” of already having the desired result. Whether your action steps are taken to advance your career, social life, body, hobby you must bring in the “state of being” of already achieving your result into the existing present moment. True knowingness is activated when all your thoughts, emotions and beliefs are aligned with the selected reality you are looking to obtain. You believe you already own the result not because the rational mind “sold” you on the possibility but because your instincts, guts, intuition are all sending you the affirmation loud and clear.
The key to achieving perfection of action towards reaching a goal is to achieve complete “knowingness” of already having the desired result.
The test of absolute iron steel knowingness is when you achieve complete emotional clarity and are free from all forms of fear. Your mind is free from doubting itself, feeling worried or being negative because the inevitability of achieving your result is already being “experienced” here-and-now in the present moment.
When absolute knowingness is achieved start to take action towards what you want while maintaining mastery over your thinking mind. When you’re considering approaches on how to advance through a particular problem for example, your thinking is automatically assuming positive outcomes and you stay in the “feeling states” of those potential positive realities. You’re not concerned with failure through your actions because your emotions are full of the joy, talent and resourcefulness that comes from already feeling successful and complete in the moment. When engaging in daily actions your awareness is completely focused on the enjoyment and therefore perfection of the moment. This is the receipt for tapping into your personal flow.
Flow is when you’re enjoying the task so much that its execution feels like “magic” and you automatically perform with ease and perfection. In this state, you’ll start to receive your most brilliant, creative and resourceful ideas because you have obtained complete alignment with who you truly are and have full access to your inner power. When operating inside your flow you start to achieve results faster, more effectively’ where synchronicity and luck are summoned from within in support of your aspirations.
“Flow is when you’re enjoying the task so much that its execution feels like “magic” and you automatically perform with ease and perfection.”
You must completely let go of achieving the outcome and simply enjoy your journey to achieve perfection of action. The dominant emotions of confidence, power, joy, and creativity must remain active at all times. When certain actions fail, challenges emerge and you start to doubt yourself you become resilient at reminding yourself that it’s the mind, not the “material world” that creates your reality. This is the source of spiritual power, unstoppable confidence and ability to transform anything you touch into gold.
The Power of Imagination
Imagination is the instrument gifted to us by creation that when used correctly transforms and renews our physical reality. The “I” that we perceive, which I will refer to as the personality, is not our true identity, but merely a conception of it. This “I” that springs from a wider and larger identity is not our true nature. The personality like a painting of a portrait is ever changing, representing all of our manifested thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
When we choose to identify with a particular brand of race, religion, nationalism, intelligence level or personality we are painting a portrait for our personality to live and exist within. Our larger identity, which is our spiritual selves, is our true nature. This “spiritual self” is not our mental conceptions and identities, but rather, it is that which silently observes ourselves. The spirit is formless and it has infinite awareness, it is aware of its own nature and capacity to become whatever it thinks, feels and believes. It creates whatever it desires by focusing its level of awareness upon a singular concept. This process of focusing or narrowing down of its awareness to a singular ideal may be represented by the conditioning of the “I am” presence. When the spirit conditions its awareness through thoughts and feelings, such as I am wealthy, I am poor, I am sick or I am happy it automatically transforms itself into a manifestation of which all those statements presuppose. This focusing of awareness, which spirit is capable of achieving is the very definition of your imagination. And so, your imagination contains the power of transforming your reality into whatever your heart may desire.
Changing levels of concepts
We have been led to believe that the imagination is simply unreal images that exists beyond our five senses. That at best our imagination exists within the realm for children and fantasy, functioning as a creative source of entertainment and play or at worst it is a powerful medium that is used by the clinically insane to justify terrible crimes. Yet nothing could be further from the truth.
Imagination is a process of viewing the world from a wider, larger and more fundamental aspect of self. It is seeing the world through the dimension of spirit, it is no less than seeing the universe through the eyes of God.
Imagination is a process of viewing the world from a wider, larger and more fundamental aspect of self. It is seeing the world through the dimension of spirit, it is no less than seeing the universe through the eyes of God.
As an aspect of your own essential divinity, the spirit pure and it is has undifferentiated awareness. It can conceive of anything and is capable of narrowing its focus and taking the “substance” of consciousness and forming it into the “concepts” that the personality assumes the identity of. In this manner, when you imagine yourself healthy when you are actually sick, you are transforming yourself into the object of your imagination.
Imagination has to the power to birth to its creations because its conceptions are the primary reality. To imagine is how your true nature, the observer, creates both the personality and its surrounding world. The physical world is a living portrait that your imaginations creates, focusing and narrowing its awareness upon whatever it may momentarily desire. And in this way, using the imagination is the solution to any problem one could possibly encounter. Mastery of one’s imagination represents the square of life, mastery to the Game of Life.
Imagination represents the miracle of your own mind to actualize any dream regardless of the physical constraints of your current circumstances and environment.
A new paradigm of success
The old paradigm of reality is based on the assumption that we are simply physical beings
living together in one physical and static reality within space and time called planet Earth. This incorrect paradigm resulting from perceiving the world through the lens of the personality causes us to incorrectly believe that we inhabit a limited and scares universe.
Corporations destroys the environment, people take advantage and exploit each other, Government abuse their power, all because we collectively believe that we are living in a reality of zero sum gain. We are in fact multidimensional beings that simultaneously inhabit infinite realities.
What I mean by multidimensional is our natural ability to shift from one dimension which is our current reality and into a higher dimensional field of infinite possibilities, our imagination, and return back once again. You see, we select the reality that we want and we shift into that new reality based on what it is that we are thinking and imagining.
In this manner all things are possible, all combinations of how your life can unfold are plausible and only limited by the scope of what your imagination conceives. Scarcity and limitations are both illusions of the mind. Only when we choose to imagine something bigger and broader as being possible do we open up our human intuition to receive the clues to their eventual realization.
A new paradigm of success
With this new paradigm of reality, a new philosophy of success and collective consciousness maybe achieved. A consciousness where you are the primary creator of your reality. Where individuals will no longer have to force people or circumstances to change, but where we seek to change our thoughts, and ideas and work together to create new possibilities where everyone can experience what they desire without undue harm to others.
This means that everyone can be happy, successful and prosperous if that is what they seek. A manifestation of a world without inequality, poverty and suffering all become available potentialities. We could create a world where we are more connected to our planet and to ourselves. A world that is only limited by the scope of our very imaginations.
The formula for jumping parallel Earths
Your ability to create reality and jump from one parallel Earth to the next depends on your ability to master (1) integration, (2) focus, and (3) your capacity to feel. When these tools are combined together into coherence you obtain the keys to the Game of Life.
Integration
To start you must use your imagination and see yourself as being that which you desire to be. The key, however, is not to imagine yourself mentally as if you’re watching a movie of yourself but to assume the identity of the new version of you. If your desire is to jump into a reality where you’re a player on the world stage of life, you must see yourself as being that person in your current present environment.
You could imagine yourself being surrounded by famous and influential people, speaking to global audiences answering important questions about the world or having an influential social media following. What is imperative to keep in mind is you must focus on your new mental and emotional reality, not the material or physical objects that you may desire. So, walk and talk and act as if you were the new person who has already achieved that which you desire. Focus on the self, and not on what the self may physically possess.
Of deeper importance with integration is rising above the fears of the old personality. This means using the tools of positive thinking and your imagination to hold a vision of yourself as being bigger, better and more capable of overcoming your past limitations. When old fears arise, you must become conscious of why those fears are there and by truly letting them exit your consciousness you allow yourself to achieve a new, more enlightened personality that is capable of perceiving new possibilities of the self.
When old fears arise, you must become conscious of why those fears are there and by truly letting them exit your consciousness you allow yourself to achieve a new, more enlightened personality that is capable of perceiving new possibilities of the self.
The importance of transforming the darkness of fear into the light of joy cannot be understated. Imagination is an instrument of spirit, to conceive of new and greater ideals for itself, to explore and understand its own nature inside physicality. Yet spirit cannot bring these ideals into manifestation if it remains unconscious of its own fears related to those ideals. When spirit believes in the conception of “I am afraid of new friends” for example, your progress towards new social connections and meaningful relationships will become stalled.
Focus
When you start to leverage your imagination, you will notice that your work is all about controlling your focus and being present to the moment at hand. Imagination is about perceiving the world through the eyes of spirit. Whatever identity you believe yourself to be, your spirit automatically transforms itself into. Creation has its own timing, mechanics and process unavailable to the personality and is therefore outside of your control.
Manifestations when they do occur are often spontaneous and unexpected. Your mission therefore, is about holding onto a greater imagined vision for your life while simultaneously being at peace and receptive to your life and what-is. You must focus exclusively on the feeling of your wish fulfilled while remaining open and conscious as to why it may persist in remaining absent. This is because your life and all your circumstances, events and experiences are perfectly engineered to provide you the lessons and insights you need to uncover so that you can discover your fears, transmute them and therefore rise to higher versions of yourself.
As you continue to hold your imagined vision, life will present you with sets of trials and tribulations, confusing circumstances and mixed results. Have no fear. These chaotic circumstances often arise as manifestations permanently exiting your consciousness. It must be conquered by staying positive and receptive to their lessons while staying committed to your vision and holding on to the belief that your imagination is primary creator of life.
Your Capacity to feel
Controlling your focus and imagining yourself as being what you desire to be is how you point the spirit in the direction you want to travel within the infinite field of possibilities. However, your emotional state functions as a magnet that pulls you into a particular reality that represents the manifestations of that emotional state. Emotions therefore, are the “vessels” that you can use to literally jump into any alternate reality that you may desire.
The spirit is the force that creates and when it does it is less concerned to what you are thinking and more concerned about how you are feeling when you are thinking. When you are living inside of a particular imagined situation, the question you must ask yourself is, how is this making me feel? If it makes you feel good then continue. If it makes you feel bad then you should stop.
Physical reality is an illusion, spirit’s language is in truth about vibration and frequency. Every emotion you can experience is a kind of frequency, high frequencies are better feeling emotions and lower frequencies are that of worst feeling of emotions. To raise your vibrations all you must do is feel the highest and best feeling emotions possible, regardless of what happens around you. As you do this, you become a center of power, a point of attraction for bringing forth the best possible realities within the field of infinite possibilities.
Physical reality is an illusion, spirit’s language is in truth about vibration and frequency.
So, imagination is how you scope your consciousness into the object and things that you most desire. Emotions, or states of being, is how you transform yourself into a magnet to call forth those objects and things and allow them to spring forth as you jump into a reality that more clearly reflects your preferences and desires.
The power of your imagination is real. Test it and see the wonders it holds for yourself. All things are possible in this infinite multidimensional universe that we live within. The only thing holding you back is your own belief of what you can achieve.
The Art of Directing One’s Life
The drama of life is a psychological one. Where we unknowingly play the role of both the Director and the leading Actor. We are a Director, in the sense that as we form a thought, which is ultimately a picture within the mind, we are calling forth a new scene and directing its eventuality into our existence. And yet we also play the role of the actor, who plays the literal role within the scenes of our imagination. We are both the dreamer and the dream. The captain of the ship and the ship itself.
Shakespeare once said, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts, his acts being seven ages.” If we accept the premise that our consciousness is the primary reality and that our thoughts bring form and definition to the human experience. Then we can begin to understand that the world of space and time is but a stage. A three-dimensional (3D) canvas in which we have the opportunity to paint whatever portrait we seek to experience. Just as a great painter is able to bring to physical form the ideas within their imagination, so we can all bring to life the movie of a lifetime when we learn to master our capacity to consciously direct the forces that shape our human experience.
“All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts, his acts being seven ages.”
-Shakespeare
A Director’s Role
As a Director in your life’s story, your role is all encompassing. You not only pick the kind of characters (and their personalities) that appear on your stage, you also decide the background settings, environment, sounds and everything in-between. You are a center of power. A divine creator who creates the qualities of the lead actor and their surrounding world. Whether you realize it or not, you are constantly utilizing this divine gift. In fact, it is impossible for you not to. Every mental image, passing thought, emotion, and action, no matter how subtle, is creative in nature.
Every mental image, passing thought, emotion, and action, no matter how subtle, is creative in nature.
For the awakened spirit, this will mean much. For they will find themselves no longer living in a world of separate powers. Rather, they will find themselves living within a creative stage which, by definition, must playout whatever events their minds are consciously or unconsciously believing will take shape. When one achieves realization of this truth a new level of personal power comes into view. One realizes they have dominion over all events and the individual can then move from a place of fear and worry towards a place of purpose and unshakable faith.
Cast, Characters & Environment
Just as a writer and director decide on the various identities of the cast, plot and surrounding environment. You also possess the power to consciously project what you desire into life by focusing your mind to imagine people and circumstances as you desire to see them. As human beings, we do this so automatically and subconsciously that we fail to see it.
Those moments when we fear our bosses would be upset, only to get an angry call later that day or week. The morning we wake up imagining something good happening and we then receive an unexpected phone call with fantastic news. We are all constantly directing each scene in our life. The question is not whether or not it is happening but whether or not we choose to create consciously or unconsciously.
We are all constantly directing each scene in our life. The question is not whether or not it is happening but whether or not we choose to create consciously or unconsciously.
The question you should be asking yourself as a director is what are you imagining when you are thinking. In my piece the Power of Imagination, I went in depth explaining just how powerful our imaginations truly are when it comes to conscious creation. If you are thinking about one of your good friends for example, and as you think thoughts about them you are imaging them to be good natured, supportive, authentic and helpful, then guess what identity and storyline you are casting? The creative principle is so simple and natural it can easily go unnoticed or seem non-existent to the thinking mind.
This creative principle not only applies to individuals but also to background sets and environments. When you imagine your day tomorrow, what are you imagining your background environment to look like? Feel like? What kinds of people will you meet or not meet? What new opportunities or circumstances will be uncovered? The underlying assumptions within the mind as you think are all creative in nature and will be demonstrated.
The question you should ask yourself is how far you can expand your thinking?
Storyline and Plot Development
You possess the abilities to not only cast the characters and their stories in your world but also the primary storyline and plot of your character’s timeline. Most people who experience repetitive patterns of drama in their lives often have turbulent minds. They experience the feelings of drama emotionally first and unknowingly program their emotional habits and physical actions to bring into physical forms representations of that mental noise.
Drama is, in fact, the result of losing control over your mental images. Spontaneously imagining your life as one day being good and one day being bad. Uncontrolled mental images of hellish future life scenarios are what keeps the evil alive inside our lives. Yet when we hold true to one positive mental image and one only, then we move from chance to certainty. We select the storyline that feels best and exclude all opposing ideas from the mind.
Action!
The story of our lives are the stories we tell ourselves about it, within our minds. What role do you want your character to play? What kind of beliefs do you want your character to have? What qualities of mind and personal habits feel most empowering to you?
We can only grow in power to the degree to which we believe we possess such inner wealth and creative potential. The same power that can free us to create infinite possibilities is the same power which when forgotten or misunderstood, can imprison us. Freedom is an inner state of mind and mastery is our ability to observe our thinking and turn down the volume on any mental noise that does not contribute to our personal happiness.
How to Access Unlimited Personal Power
Success is not about finding the single, right, magical opportunity of a lifetime. It’s not about finally discovering the secret everyone was looking for that will solve all your problems with ease. Success is about you. And the changes you make to create a higher potential within yourself. It’s about a powerful transformation within your mind, perspective, beliefs and actions that cause you to change your relationship with the world around you. It’s about accessing the infinite and unlimited “power” that is fundamentally you.
Let’s discuss a step-by-step powerful set of insights on how to transform yourself into the kind of person that regardless of your income, background, location or skillsets will consistently succeed at this game we call life. Someone who has Unlimited Personal Power which ultimately means the ability to take action and consistently get results at whatever they set their mind and intention upon.
Mind Creates Reality
All matter in the universe is energy. Energy is light. It’s the fundamental building blocks of all of creation. Every time we think we are creating something. What are we creating? We are creating whatever it is we are thinking about. We literally create the things we think about. When we think about something positive we are creating something positive and when we think about something negative we are creating something negative.
All matter in the universe is energy. Energy is light. It’s the fundamental building blocks of all of creation.
When you accept the idea into your life that your mind, and only your mind, has total and complete control over everything that enters into your personal reality something truly transformational happens. You realize that life is truly a blessing because you have complete and total power over your current results in life by controlling your current thoughts in the present moment.
You are at the center of life’s creation. Everything physical and material that now exists in your reality first was created as a thought form. As that “thought form” was thought about more and more, and drawn into your life through the power of your focus and attention it eventually was manifested into physical reality. Your physical reality therefore gives you real time feedback regarding where your focusing your attention and what you’re thinking about constantly. Circumstances therefore do not make the man, but reveals him, to himself.
Circumstances therefore do not make the man, but reveals him, to himself.
Forward Projected Positive Thoughts, Emotions, Beliefs
When you recognize that your thoughts are the most important building blocks in creating your personal reality the smart thinker would then ask:
If my thoughts create my reality, then what should I be thinking about?
The answer is what I call “Forward Projected Positive Thoughts, Emotions & Beliefs”. That means you should be aligning your thoughts, emotions and beliefs not with the person you currently are but with the kind of person you would like to become if you were to have everything you already desire (regardless of what you actually desire). You should be asking yourself:
- What Thoughts would I be thinking if I already had my desired outcome?
- What Feelings would I be feeling if I already had my desired outcome?
- What beliefs would I be holding onto if I already had my desired outcome?
You must think, feel and act from the perspective of the wish fulfilled. This will attract the means and mechanics to support your desires becoming actualized in your reality. So many people approach success by looking for a fast and easy tool that will instantly yield positive results. Their focus on needing magic pills demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of how the Game of Life is played.
The key ideas, solutions, actions, tactics are not going to come from being negative all day long. Rather, it’s only through completely transforming the basis of your thoughts, emotions and beliefs that real progress is made. You must assume that you already are the “kind of person” who has the success you desire and in doing so you’ll attract into your reality the key insights you need through the manifesting power of your own mind to make it all happen. In other words, everything you need is already available within yourself and not outside yourself.
You must assume that you already are the “kind of person” who has the success you desire and in doing so you’ll attract into your reality the key insights you need through the manifesting power of your own mind to make it all happen.
Modeled, Massive Action
Once your thoughts, emotions and beliefs are in compete alignment you must start taking massive action. There is a lot of talk out there on the internet within the Law of Attraction community that you can manifest anything you want simply through thinking about it exclusively. I disagree with this assumption. The most successful entrepreneurs, business professionals, authors, speakers and public figures I have met all achieved massive success through not only aligning their thoughts with success, but also taking lots and lots of action.
My formula for accessing Unlimited Personal Power is use what Anthony Robbins called Modeling. That means, if you want to make one million dollars as a Network Marketer for example, you should identify the top 3 Network Marketers in your industry, find out exactly what they are doing and then take massive action doing the exact same things.
What you’ll find is very often if you’re trying to succeed in an industry that is already established you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Just plug yourself into the formula that is already producing the results you want. Why on earth would you try to make things harder for yourself by trying to figure everything out all over again? Simply find out what the most successful people in your industry are doing and start modeling their behavior to get instant results in your business. This means copying their habits, actions, beliefs, thoughts, attitudes about their businesses. I have yet to meet someone who took this specific action fail to achieve similar results in their business with time and persistence.
What you’ll find is very often if you’re trying to succeed in an industry that is already established you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Just plug yourself into the formula that is already producing the results you want.
Ability to Influence Others
Most of your massive action that gets you the biggest results is going to require that you successfully influence other people. Learning how to persuade other people to your way of thinking are the keys to the Kingdom of Wealth. This is why the profession of sales is the highest paid profession on earth. All opportunities are fundamentally about getting in with people. So, when you searching for opportunities what you are really searching for is access to people.
The most powerful insight for how to influence other people in my view are (1) speaking in terms of other people’s interests and not your own, and (2) giving first and asking second.
The application of these insights should be apparent. For example, if you want to speak on the stage of a highly influential expert in your industry don’t spam them. Instead, figure out how you can provide them value and support their success first. Think in terms of providing value first and leveraging the power of reciprocity to get other people to eventually support your goals. Get out of a short term “spamming” mindset and into a long-term relationship building mindset. The success of your business hinges on the ability to form long term partnerships and relationships with other people. The more successful and influential your business partners become the more successful you will subsequently become.
Alignment with Purpose & Passion
You’ve got to make sure that whatever you’re doing all day long is something you’re highly interested and engaged in doing. You know you’re doing something you’re passionate about because when you do it time seems to completely stop.
For those of you reading this who are highly ambitious entrepreneurs looking to make a fortune but have consistently failed I recommend you check out my personal story video. I can tell you from personal experience that the number one way to never succeed in your business is to choose it entirely because you just want to get rich. This is why 99% of people fail at achieving their big goals. They are doing it for the wrong reasons and the core habits, tasks and result oriented activities that will get them traction are simply things they are not interested in actually doing.
Without passion and a strong sense of purpose you become a drifter, procrastinator and someone who never is able to get traction at any of your businesses. You can’t access your inner creativity and genius so you stay stuck in the bottom percentiles of your industry where there’s no money to be acquired. Without a deeper altruistic purpose, there isn’t really the inclination to really help and serve others.
This is fatal because an obsessive focus on helping others is the foundation of all achievement. If this is you then don’t freak out. It’s not that your lazy you’re just not interested in what you have chosen to spend your time with. The solution is either to get leverage on yourself by figuring out how to get passionate about your current activities or to simply choose to do something else not for the money but because it is deeply satisfying.
Abundant Internal Energy
I’ve seen many people fail at achieving their goals on the level they truly desire because they lack the stamina to make it all happen. This is a real problem and it’s probably affecting you. One of the things I find most fascinating about highly successful people is how hard they work and how much energy they have giving them the ability to get lots of things done through the day. Energy is a powerful form of currency and leverage. In order to take massive action like mentioned above you have to have the energy and stamina every day to get it all done.
Developing stamina in my experience requires that you develop it like you would any muscle in the human body. You start by working as hard as you can and overtime and with persistence you will develop the capacity to work longer and harder as the muscle of stamina grows overtime. Like going to the gym, it seems hard at first to pull off a 16-hour work day but overtime it gets easier and less stressful.
Secondly making sure that whatever you’re doing is something you’re passionate about helps a lot. This is because when you’re doing something you’re passionate about the activity feels less torturous and more pleasurable. The work will still feel long and hard at times but you won’t mind doing it because on a deep level there is a sense of satisfaction and pleasure derived from the overall experience.
Powerful Presence
You know you have met someone with powerful presence because when they walk through the door everyone stops and takes notice. They are rare. Probably less than 1 out of 1000 have this quality about themselves. They are that kind of person who commands the attention and respect of the masses with little to no effort. The kind of person whose leadership is automatically assumed. Achieving this skill is perhaps one of the most valuable skills on the entire planet. Achieving it is no easy feat but I’ll reveal to you the insight on how to make it happen.
Presence requires complete mastery of all your thoughts, emotions and beliefs. When you achieve a “state of being” that completely lacks self-doubt, fear, worry or anxiety; when you become fearless and 100% sure of yourself and your place in this world you start to “radiate” presence. It’s all about the internal reality you are projecting. We all have the ability to feel people’s energy and subconsciously pick up on the quality of their thoughts and emotions they are offering out to the World.

This is perhaps why I started the beginning of this blog post about the importance of recognizing that your mind creates your reality. Because when you can control your every thought, emotion and belief you start to transform for the better. As you change so does your world. All things are born out of Mind Energy. Achieving access to Unlimited Personal Power is about recognizing that you have the power to attract all the ideas, insights, people, circumstances, and opportunities you need to achieve literally anything in this World. The Game of Life & How to Play to Win
Most people consider life a battle, but its not a battle, it is a game. The more your goals, desires and wishes become achieved in your reality the better you are at playing The Game. Most people who are in a state of internal suffering don’t understand their playing a Game and so suffer unnecessarily. Nor do they understand that this Game has clear and defined rules that if understood would completely transform their lives and existence. When you master the rules of the Game you will master your life.
Like any game, these rules control the methods and operations behind the Game of Life and take time and practice in mastering. So be patient. Once mastered, they give you enormous leverage in life and are the secret weapons behind how to achieve anything on this planet.
Rules & Applications
Rule #1 Your Mind is More Than You Think
Your Mind is more than you think. Pun attended. We have been taught to believe that our minds are simply thinking machines, separate from themselves that we use to make logical sense of the World. We have been taught to identify with the thoughts that come forth from our minds. We look at our thoughts as being who and what we are in each waking moment. Yet nothing could be further from the truth.
The entire reality that surrounds you in truth exists inside your mind. Your physical personality and identity is a preprogrammed hologram. Your physical identity is merely an object projected onto a screen that your Mind creates. This is the basic foundation of how the Game operates.
You must understand that your mind creates everything in the physical reality you see and experience. The entire material world is a solid manifestation of mental thought forms. Your Mind in only a small fraction of who you truly are and is a center of command “HQ” of where your soul or spirit is—the real you—gets an opportunity to participate.
Your Greater Mind (the Mind of Spirit) represents all of existence. When you identify and connect with your Greater Mind you’re connecting with the source that creates all reality and possesses all the answers and solutions needed to win at the Game of Life.
People who fail at the Game of Life do so because they are disconnected from themselves. They fail to understand that all of reality comes from within their Greater Minds. They’re ignorant to the fact that they contain every answer that they could possibly seek. So as soon as they have a question, desire, objective or goal in life they immediately start searching “outside of themselves” for a solution instead of searching from within. They don’t see the connection between how their thoughts, emotions and beliefs work in alignment with their actions and therefore experience repeated failure, stagnation, confusion and eventually give up on achieving their dreams.
Those who understand the rules to the Game of Life however, take conscious and deliberate control over the direction of their Minds. They understand the power of their thoughts and spoken words and so use them to achieve positive psychological leverage in creating whatever results they focus their Mind upon. Your Mind was given to you to be used as a tool in helping you manifest what you desire and not to be confused as being who you actually are.
Rule #2 Thoughts Create Your Version of How the Game Played
Those that understand how the Game of Life is played know that their primary responsibility throughout the day is controlling the direction of their thoughts. What they focus on they attract into their Game. Those that are wealthy think thoughts of already having wealth. Those that struggle to succeed in their business think thoughts of struggle, difficulty and obstacles.
The secret of the ages is that the majority of what determines what your life looks like is not what you do but what your thinking about on a daily basis. In fact, the actions you take throughout the day will have little (to no) positive impact on getting you closer to achieving your dreams if you’re simultaneously thinking negative and are not in complete alignment with the end result you desire.
Your thoughts represent the 20% of effort required when playing the Game and determine 80% of the results you achieve in your lifetime. Those whose thoughts are in complete alignment with what they want will find themselves having to take less and less actions to get what they want out of life. They will find that things just work harmoniously in their lives, their always lucky, have perfect timing and everything they need is always drawn to them just when they need it the most.
Those whose thoughts are out of alignment will find success entirely a struggle. Everything will be difficult if not impossible depending upon the severity of their negative thinking. Nothing works, they are extremely unlucky and there is literally no guidance or support in aiding them to reach their objective. Many have wondered why some people seem to succeed so easily and while others always fail regardless of circumstance and the explanation above is the precise reason for this phenomena.
You must control the focus and direction of your thoughts if you wish to win at the Game of Life. No other piece of advise is more critical for you to truly understand than this. Aligning your thoughts in a positive way means thinking the kinds of thoughts you would possess if you already achieved what you desired most. Fill your mind with only the thoughts of prosperity, success, wealth, friendship, status, health and happiness and all circumstances that reflect those physical conditions will be drawn into your life through the power of your Greater Mind.
Rule #3 Your Words Create Your Own Laws
The Game of Life allows all its players to start out with a Blank Canvas as they begin. That means there are no fixed laws about what is and is not possible as you start playing the game. You are constantly creating your own laws, creating boundaries and limitations through your adopted belief systems.
Think of your beliefs like lines of code inside a software application. A piece of software can do anything that its code makes possible. The only limitations are those imposed on by the programmer as he or she writes out all the possibilities, constraints and rules of the piece of software as they design the code.
Your belief systems form the programming behind what’s possible in your personal reality. If you believe good things constantly happen to you they will. If you believe you are a magnet of wealth and success you will be. If you believe starting a business is difficult and challenging it will be. If you believe you lack the skills and knowledge to achieve your desired outcomes, you will.
Winning at the Game of Life means taking complete ownership over all the beliefs you are holding that is creating limitation and lack inside your personal reality. As you free yourself from your negative beliefs your reality will start to re-arrange itself into new and better forms. Careful observation causes one to realize there is a larger “Universal Force” in operation that is supporting and guiding you towards achieving whatever you focus your Mind upon.
You change your beliefs by changing your thoughts. For negative beliefs are simply negative thoughts you have practiced and “hardened” with positive expectation. You must uncover your negative beliefs by examining what about your life you assume to be truth that could simply be your own assumptions and false thoughts. I’ve seen many assume that starting a successful business for example requires hard work, effort, struggle, and sacrifice. Yet is this really a universal truth? Or is it simply a belief you have programed into your personal reality as fact? How many examples are there of people who have won the Lottery, become overnight sensations or met the right people who have skyrocketed their careers overnight as examples that contradict your belief?
The one who has achieved Mastery at the Game of Life is the one who overcomes the negative beliefs that once held them in bondage until they can freely believe what they choose to believe. Through the same power that once held them prisoner they now free themselves and become “Superhuman” players of the Game wielding unlimited personal power and achieving anything they desire inside their personal realities.
Rule #4 You’re Not the One Doing the Work
The Game of Life is a co-creation between yourself and your Greater Mind. As you begin to take ownership over creating more powerful thoughts you’ll start to witness that positive results, miracles and coincidences happen not by you but “through you”. As the player of the Game starts to realize that there is a “Universal Force” helping to mold their reality into whatever version they focus their mind on a new understanding of creation and achievement becomes obvious.
You must be willing to take a backseat when trying to achieve a specific outcome or result in your life. Those that win at the Game of Life tend to achieve results less by a “making it happen” through long, hard and painful effort; and more through “attracting the right opportunities” through focusing the Mind on already having obtained the end result.
Rule #5 Power of The Manifested State
Once you realize you are not playing the Game of Life alone and have alongside yourself a powerful Universal Ally you can begin to harness this powerful Ally effectively to achieve any particular outcome you select within The Game.
You harness this power by entering into the “Manifested State” of who you would be as a person had you already achieved your desired outcomes. In other words, we attract “stuff” materially by being in the ‘manifested state” of already having it.”
We attract “stuff” by being in the ‘manifested state’ of already having it.”
The manifested state being what you would think, feel and believe had you already achieved your desired outcome. It is the inner emotional reality that would already be yours had your wish been completely fulfilled. To harness Universal Power, you must “become one” with your desire by achieving the “state of mind” of already having it. To align the foundation of your thoughts with the same kinds of thoughts of a person who already would have what you are currently seeking to attract.
You must take your future goal and transform it into a present fact within your imagination. You must feel yourself as being someone who already has achieved your desired outcome. In doing so, you will summon Universal Power to come forth and guide you towards the attainment of your desire. The Game of Life is ultimately a game of (1) Having a desire, (2) Achieving the Manifested State of already having achieved it, and (3) Allowing the right opportunities, circumstances or action steps to come forth so you progress forward and get results.
Rule #6 Practice Observation
You can always determine what personal reality you are creating in the Game of Life by simply observing the quality of what your Mind is offering out into the Universe. Observation is all important and means to evaluate all of your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions from an outside point of view. To meditate on something is to observe it from a point of view outside of your own thinking. Observation is critical to winning at the Game of Life because it allows you to determine what thoughts, emotions and beliefs are still holding you back from progressing inside the Game.
I recommend you spend at least 30 minutes to 1 hour a day meditating. A winner at the Game of Life would spend their meditative practice observing the quality of their thoughts, emotions and beliefs throughout their day. When observing a certain thought, emotion or belief that does not serve their personal happiness it would be their goal to first identify what it specifically is. Then to practice irradiating that negative thought through repetition and mindfulness. As the player of the Game starts discovering more and more thoughts, emotions and beliefs that they did not know where there, their lives start to improve much faster and in far more profound ways.
Rule #7 Take Massive Action
As you seek to create fast, measurable progress you must remember that controlling your thoughts alone does not create results. The co-creative progress requires that you also take consistent action when required. This is where I see a lot of confusion in those whom seek to achieve Mastery.
They’re not sure when to focus on “attracting” vs. when to focus on “acting”. When you feel uninspired, without direction or guidance, your role is to focus on achieving the manifested state of having already achieving your goal. After a certain period of time you will feel compelled to take action in some way. You will feel inspired to go somewhere, contact someone or do something. You must humble yourself and simply trust your own intuition and immediately take action in whatever direction you feel compelled to act. Don’t make the common mistake of questioning how what you’re doing will ultimately help you obtain your goal.
Mastery at the Game of life is about letting go of controlling the “how” behind creation and trusting the co-creative progress that takes place inside your Mind just beyond your ability to see. Instead of trying to deliberately force how you will achieve your outcome you must learn to follow the path that feels most supported by the universe, taps into your talents and passions, naturally tying everything together within your current state of affairs. When you take inspired action with sufficient faith you’ll often be rewarded with a massive demonstration of success much bigger than what you initially conceived was possible.
“When you take inspired action with sufficient faith you’ll often be rewarded with a massive demonstration of success much bigger than what you initially conceived was possible.”
Rule #8 The Only Barrier Towards Success is Fear
It can be said that all negativity within the Mind can be traced back to fear. When your thoughts, emotions and beliefs are grounded in fear you will not be in complete control as you play the Game of Life. Fear is dangerous because it not only clouds the Mind of good decision making but because it sucks up energy that could be put to use in creating a more fantastic future.
The key to the eradication of fear is you must stop running away from it and finally face it. This is not just a euphemism. Facing your fears requires that you bring the emotions that your fears create into the present moment which is the only place they can be properly felt and transformed. You must feel the feelings of fear fully and completely as they arise within instead of pushing them back inside so they can be fully released and let go. Sometimes facing your fears may mean you have to do something in your life that seems terrifying to undertake. You must take whatever actions are required no matter how fearful you may feel if you wish you achieve Mastery at the Game of Life.
Fear is a self-fulfilling prophesy. Meaning that the only reason why what you fear exists is because you are in the Manifested State of the fear being realized. As you overcome your fears by making the choice to feel them fully and completely in the present moment; you will start to notice that their physical equivalents stop appearing inside your life. If you avoid the fears and decide to hold onto to negative emotions what you fear will constantly chase you until you finally decide to turn around and face it square on.
In my article How to Achieve Unlimited Personal Power I explained that everything is fundamentally energy. I also explained that increasing your personal power means increasing your access to your own energy source. As you overcome fears and achieve a Fearless state of being, you not only become freer but you unlock massive stores of new energy that can now be used for creating a more positive personal reality.
The Game of Life is ultimately about achieving a harmonious balance within yourself. Its about taking control over your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions. Learning to co-create and practice both unlimited power and complete humility. To transform the fears and negativity within yourself and to utilize your energy by exclusively focusing on things that support your personal happiness. When you can master your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and learn to co-create with the Universe you will achieve Mastery at the Game of Life.
Focusing The Mind’s Creative Power
Our Mind is far more powerful than we realize. Every thought fires a creative force of energy, that overtime, crystallizes into our material reality. This is why the Game of Life is not a physical game of action but rather a mental game of focusing and directing creative energies of human thought. Controlling our thought is the instrument gifted to us by creation through which we can freely and deliberately create a reality that matches our desires.
You don’t get what you want you get what you are. The essence of this statement is that what you are is none other than the sum total of all your thoughts. You can only summon the ideas, resources, circumstances and people you need to achieve a goal when your mind’s focus and body’s actions are in complete alignment with that goal.
You don’t get what you want you get what you are.
If you’re looking for a higher degree of achievement in your career for example; this means you’re only focusing on where you are already successful, focusing on where you have positive opportunities to improve your skillsets, focusing on actions you can take in each present moment that feel in harmony with yourself. You’re feeling the emotions of an individual whom has already achieved the outcome you desire. Your Mind is focused on joy, passion, thrill, positive expectation and you’ve let go of any doubt, fear, and other forms of resistance.
You’ve got to let go of focusing on problems. This is because focusing on a problem breathes additional creative energy into its existence. This is why certain problems become more “sticky” as we focus on them for long periods of time. If you associate your identity as someone who struggles with money, insecurities, being overweight, you further imprison yourself to future realities of the same creation.
This is where I believe most of us make the most critical mistake. Buying into the notion that somehow our actions are solely responsible for the results we achieve in our lives. If we only work harder, longer, struggle more, push, force that we’ll finally “break through” and achieve what we desire. In truth, your mind’s continual focus on already having achieved the end result, relaxing in the peace of mind of your true state, and following the inspired actions that comes from the flow of life is all it takes to get to the finish line of any desire.
Becoming a Spiritual Warrior
We live in a universe that creates reality as a reflection of our inner thoughts and emotions. What can be potentially created is infinite and it’s the power of our imagination that possesses the archive of all possible realities we can pull in from the invisible realms of the “one mind”. Through holding sharply onto the image of what we desire and by choosing only to think thoughts aligned with what we prefer to experience we have the ability to create for ourselves anything that we can literally imagine.
Yet on the path towards creating our dream reality we are tasked with letting go of our negative thinking, limiting beliefs and emotional patterns that have held us in bondage. To accomplish this, our task is taking action in the outside world while simultaneously traveling “within” to discover in what ways we could be holding ourselves back.
Our task is taking action in the outside world while simultaneously traveling “within” to discover in what ways we could be holding ourselves back.
To traverse the depths of our own thinking and emotions transforms us into what I would consider a Spiritual Warrior. That is, someone willing to travel the depths of themselves in order to renew their minds thereby giving them access to the unlimited possibilities available to them as conscious creators.
The challenge for the Spiritual Warrior is gaining clarity on how their own thinking may be holding them back. In what ways they are persisting in negative limiting beliefs and/or persistent patterns of negative thoughts. When Jesus talked about “knowing thyself” the idea was that any outer, material ailment could be healed by discovering the primary cause within oneself that gave rise to its manifestation.
I have found that both meditation and practicing self-awareness are valid keys to attaining this knowing of oneself. Meditation, the process of quieting the mind, allows you to expand your awareness “beyond” the thinking mind and therefore observe the thinking patterns and emotional conditioning you currently are offering on a vibratory level.
Through practicing meditation and self-awareness of your thoughts you can become spontaneously “aware” of a limiting thought or belief you didn’t know you had throughout the day. In this way you start the Warrior’s journey into your own self constantly exploring, uprooting and renewing the entire basis of your thoughts for the better.
You’ll know you’re on the right track through experiencing deeper levels of clarity, better feeling emotions and a physical reality rapidly changing for the better. In other words, if you truly change within so will your physical reality as it is only a reflection of your internal state of being.
Take the challenge and become a Spiritual Warrior. Remember that every negative or unwanted circumstance in your life has a primary “cause” in the realm of your own consciousness. Through practicing deeper levels of self-awareness and plucking away at all the limiting thoughts and beliefs that have held you back you’ll start to master the Game of Life.
When you liberate and renew your mind, you’ll instantly know. Circumstances will start to re-arrange themselves for the better. Problems that have been difficult will start to solve themselves. New people may enter your life to support you in ways you never imagined possible. But remember to also take action.
As Sun Tzu said in the Art of War, “opportunities are multiplied as they are seized”.
Opportunities are multiplied as they are seized.
As you move to act so does the Universe.
Become the Humble Tiger
The importance of developing good character cannot be understated. Many of us seek outwardly success in the areas of our careers, relationships, body, life experiences and achievements. Yet, it is not these material accomplishments that are as important as the “character of mind” we must obtain to achieve them.
By character I am ultimately talking about your concept of self. The quality of your inner most thoughts and those habits of emotions and actions that impact how you react to life itself and those around you. The development of good character is in my view one of life’s most important tasks. This is because it is your character that ultimately determines what circumstances you draw forth into your daily experience and the inner resources you’ll have available to shape them to your will.
The Character of the Humble Tiger
As we set forth towards the attainment of our desires we are unknowingly on a journey towards developing higher levels of character. One form of this character we will call the humble tiger. That is, an individual deeply connected to their inner power, capable of moving mountains yet humble enough to always remain a student of life and those around them. This individual has achieved a level of self-mastery few have ever witnessed. This is because what sets the humble tiger apart from the rest is where they draw their inner power from

The Art Behind Achieving One’s Desires
Desire is the spark that gives birth to human excitement and passion.
Without desire, nothing could be made that has been made. Human beings strive at their core to discover their true nature as our outward journeys are but a shadow of the inner exploration that always takes place for evolution to occur. Achieving one’s desire expands the inner map. A map that when explored takes the traveler into deeper aspects of themselves unleashing higher levels of vibrancy, awareness and joy.
Yet for the masses our deepest desires usually go unfulfilled. Many live as Thoreau mentioned, “lives of quiet desperation”. Never actually singing our songs and experiencing the sweet sensation of their accomplishment. Yet the highest aim in life is the completion of our desires. To give birth to the realization of a new desire and then to enjoy the new sensations of its completion is what gives life a feeling of completion and deep satisfaction. The end result being the evolution of our spirits and the eventual birth of new and expanded desires.
Most people fail to achieve their desires because they don’t understand their own divine nature and their role in the creative process. They think of their desires as being “separate” from themselves in both space and time. As such, in order to achieve their desires they usually go about it through rearranging the “space” around them through “time” until their desires are hopefully achieved. This type of activity is often expressed as laborious hard work, feels like forcing, or requires unnatural degrees of manipulation and frustration to get any results.
Yet, when we awaken to the realization that the solution to achieving any desire already exists within us then our approach to their realization radically changes. We are beings of light, spiritual souls that create our realities through the total sum of our thoughts and emotions. Our desires are representations of sought after emotional states. Whether we desire material possessions, relationships, career status, financial freedom what we are really seeking is how those outcomes would make us feel on an emotional level when fully expressed. And in terms of spiritual energy, it’s the emotional states that create the outcomes not the outcomes that create the emotional states.
We are beings of light, spiritual souls that create our realities through the total sum of our thoughts and emotions.
The secret behind achieving any desire is recognizing that you have the power to feel as if your desire is already yours right now, in this present moment. To do so represents the union of you and your desire. To become one with your desire is to feel its emotional reality as existing in the “Now”. To control your imagination so that you see yourself living in a world where you have already achieved your ideal. To hold the feeling of your desired reality already being accomplished even though it’s still invisible to the naked eye is the true practice behind the concept of faith.
To hold the feeling of your desired reality already being accomplished even though it’s still invisible to the naked eye is the true practice behind the concept of faith.
When you align the foundation of your thoughts and emotions with the assumption that your desire is already real the “magic” of life takes over. People, events and circumstances start to transform around you in support of you reaching your goals. You come to the understanding that you were never acting alone and that the highest form of leverage is not through massive action but rather through aligned states of being.
This does not mean that you ignore your present circumstances in favor of living in a fantasy land. Quite the contrary. The key to this practice is about dealing with your present circumstances assertively and positively while simultaneously holding on to a higher vision of your reality.
Accomplishing this is the Art of achieving any desire.
